1. Function

This is a centrifugal bioaerosol sampler Air Planktonic Bacteria Sampler, which could collect the micron and submicron biological aerosol particles into liquid directly from the air, including bacteria, viruses, fungi, mold, pollen, dust phage, worm, and brussel, etc.. Then processing with the methods of bacterial culture, PCR and LAMP, the bioaerosol kind and concentration in the air will be detected. 2. Structure & Principle

The Air Planktonic Bacteria Sampler use the rechargeable lithium battery to drive fan extraction in the sampling tube and form negative pressure, applying the principle of cyclone centrifugal separation to design sampling tube, making solid-gas separation after the air entering into the sample tube, concentrating the aerosol in the air into the collection tube which locates at the bottom of the sampling cylinder, the aerosol-enriched air samples forms cyclones in the collection tube, the particles in the cyclone collides tangentially towards collection liquid swirl during the rotation process, and then captured by the collection fluid.

3.2 Less collection liquid, high sample concentration and high positive rate of sample liquid detection.
3.3 The contaminated parts, such as sampling cylinder and sampling tube, can be disassembled, replaced, disinfected and reused on site. The operation is simple and fast, avoiding the cross contamination during continuous sampling process.
3.4 Delayed start time and sampling time can be set, LCD screen display, touch screen operation, one-button start, and easy operation.
3.5 Built-in rechargeable battery, which can be fitted with 220V AC or 12V DC.
