Tensile Testing Equipment is a kind of electric tensile tester which uses the motor to drive ball screw to move fixture.the instrument can measure paper tension, tensile strength, elongation, fracture length, tensile energy absorption, tensile index, tensile energy absorption index and other items.

The tensile machine is also suitable for all kinds of disposable masks and surgical masks for regular mechanics performance test, also widely used in medical equipment resistance to bending, a scalpel (needle sharpness, syringe sliding performance, body fit) detection, such as fiber, plastics, paper, cardboard, film and other non-metallic materials jacking, RuanSu packing heat sealing strength, tear, drawing, piercing and compression, ampoule bottle breaking strength, 180 degrees 90 degrees stripping, stripping, shear force and thermal bonding strength test project.

Testing machine operation:Place the fixture with sample between the upper and lower fixture, use a given speed to pull sample upward by upper fixture. Load cell above upper fixture will sense tensile strength, and convert the strength into voltage sign and output to the display screen. And the strength value will be displayed automatically.
