Mattress hardness tester , Load with a circular rigid board, record the load curve and analyze the data to evaluate the hardness value and hardness level of the mattress. This machine is made of aluminum profile, with beautiful appearance.
Features:
1. The microcomputer and the test software can complete all test parameter setting, working status control, data acquisition and analysis processing, result display and print output;
2. Transmission mechanism: precision ball screw, no noise in measurement;
3. Program control: PLC control is adopted to realize fully automatic test results, and one-key control fully automatic operation and manual test modes.
4. Power failure protection: The instrument is equipped with a power failure protection device, which starts at the moment of power failure and saves the current test data. When the power supply is restarted, the last test data can be viewed and the test can be continued.
5. Abnormal protection: The instrument has the function of cylinder stroke limit and sensor force value protection. Cylinder stroke limit: limit the stroke range of the cylinder of the instrument backrest and seat surface test channel; sensor force value protection: limit the force range of the instrument, once it exceeds the set force value, it will stop protection.
