SY-261D Full-Automatic pensky-Martens Closed Cup Flash Point Tester
This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the requirements stipulated in GB/T 261-2008 "Binski-Martin Closed Cup Method for Flash Point Measurement". It is suitable for the determination of flash points of flammable liquids, liquids with suspended particles, liquids tending to film on the surface under test conditions and other liquids according to the method specified in this standard. It can be widely used in petroleum industry, railway, aviation, electric power, relevant universities and scientific research institutes.
This instrument is suitable for samples with flash point higher than 40 C.

I.Technical Features

1.Colored touch LCD screen,man-machine dialogue interface in English,it can be preset the parameters of expected flash point,sample ID,atmospheric pressure,test date,etc.It is with menu to prompt and input function of guide type.
2.It can simulate and show temperature-time curve.It has prompt function to modify operation error.It also has prompt function for test data,test time and other parameters.
3.With RS 232(option external USB),can store 10 pages,120 groups of historical data,and communicate to computer to storage data;
4.Automatically calibrate the atmospheric pressure and calculate the corrected value;
5.Differential detection;the system error can be automatically modified.
6.Scan,flash &fire point detection,data printing automatically.The test arm can be up and down automatically.
7.Electronic ignition,forced air cooling(Note:manual igniting button is located on the left side of instrument).
