              WAW-1000D Computerized Electro-hydraulic Servo Universal Testing Machine


               
              1. Usage
              WAW-D series computer controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal material testing machine is mainly used for tensile, compression, bending and other mechanical properties tests of metal materials. After adding simple accessories, it can detect cement, concrete, brick, tile, rubber and their products.
               
              1. Structure introduction
              The machine is composed of a load frame and an oil source control cabinet. The testing machine is a six column, double space structure. The tension space is between the upper beam and the lower beam. The compression and bending tests are located under the lower beam, that is, between the lower beam and the workbench. The adjustment of the laboratory is realized by moving the lower crossbeam, and the lifting of the lower crossbeam is driven by chain.
               
              1. Main characteristics
              1. Load cell measuring: adopts high precision sensor, with advantages of good linear repeatability, strong shock resistance, stable and reliable, and long life.
              2. Displacement measuring: adopts photoelectric encoder, with high precision, stable and reliable.
              3. Load mode: computer control automatic loading.
              4. Clamping mode: adopts independent hydraulic clamping device, automatic clamping, reliable, and high safety.
              5. Multiple protection: dual protection of software and hardware. The piston stroke adopts over stroke electric shutdown protection. Automatic shutdown protection when the load exceeds 2 ~ 5% of the maximum load.
              6. Test result: All kinds of test results can be obtained automatically according to user's requirements.
              7. Test data: Access database is used to manage the testing machine software, which is convenient to query the test report.
              8. Data interface: The database interface is reserved in the software, which is convenient for the laboratory to upload data and test data management.
              9. Structure composition: composed of a load frame and an oil source control cabinet, reasonable layout and easy to install.
              10. Control mode: The measurement-control software adopts automatic closed-loop control to complete the tension, compression and bending of various samples. It has many control modes such as constant velocity stress, constant velocity strain, constant velocity displacement, tension control and program editor. The control mode can be smoothly switched and maintained during the test.
              11. Safety protection: The design of the door type protective net ensures the safety of the test personnel, and the sample will not fall off and hurt people.
